An unexpected down time occurred during a planned update of the internet license service. Both primary and secondary service was down in the period 12:43 to 13:13 UTC. We are sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused.

The maintenance work is scheduled to start Tuesday, 2 January 2024 at 8:00 A.M. UTC/GMT. DHI Internet License Service will be upgraded to a newer version, and it is anticipated that the internet license service will keep functioning as normal during this upgrade. In unforeseen cases the work could affect the running internet license service and cause problems getting a license.
